Since the 19th century, when works were enclosed in concert halls, they have never ceased to want to leave the stage, to reshape the modalities of their face-to-face encounter with the audience. Today, the concert experience takes on an infinite number of forms, in which questions of listening and encounter are increasingly an integral part of artistic research. At a time when cultural practices are changing, the challenge is to break down the "4th wall" of sound.
