This had never happened since the birth of Musique Action in 1984, at the André Malraux Cultural Center in Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy: for the second time, the festival was cancelled this May. In response, the team rejected the idea of a streaming festival, but decided to shoot a film for webcast, directed by Vincent Tournaud and Guillaume Kosmicki, featuring eight artists, including bassist and electro-acoustician Floy Krouchi and pianist and performer Claudine Simon. Both work on hybrid objects, instruments augmented by electronic devices, one of the major trends in music today.
