Vincent MalassisBuried Memories

Sound Portraits 28.07.2021

Our era is one of transversality. We can listen to everything, cross the increasingly thin borders between cultures whose basic tendency is in any case to crossbreed: a globalized crossbreeding between historical periods, between languages, between styles and artistic families, between practices as well (video, music, theatre, dance, plastic arts, installations...), and between what was called not so long ago the "popular" and the "learned".

We are pleased to welcome today Vincent MalassisVincent Malassis, a multi-talented artist, perfect representative of this transversal path. DJ, liver, but also photographer and visual artist, Vincent Malassis creates performances and records between ambient, concrete music and electroacoustic music, but also techno and hip-hop, in his singular approach to the turntables.
